“Madaxweynaha Jamhuuriyadda Somaliland, Mudane, Axmed Maxamed Maxamuud (Siilaanyo) waxa uu Digreeto Madaxweyne oo Numberkeedu yahay  JSL/M/XILQ/249/1-929/022012 Xilkii uu hayey kaga qaaday  Mudane, Saleebaan Maxamed Faarax oo ahaa Gudoomiyihii Hay’adda Qurbajooga Somaliland.

Waxaan kaaga mahad-celinayaa mudadii aynu wada shaqaynaynay sidaa awgeedna Xilka Qaranka ayay dabcigiisa tahay in uu meerto noqodo oo kolba cid hanan karta loo dhiibo.

Sidaa darteed, maadaama aad muddo dheer soo haysay xilka Gudoomiyaha Hay’adda Qurbajooga, waxaan gartay in aan kaa qaado xilkii Gudoomiyaha Hay’adda Qurbajooga.”
